SIN School of AI students from the AI Agent Xcelerator Program, 2026 Winter Batch, participated in AAYU 2026 in Jodhpur and presented Industra Medicose—a healthcare platform prototype exploring AI-assisted intake, clearer medical histories, and more organized access to consultations.

For Vanshika Verma, Kanika Gehlot, Priyanshu, and Shefali Agarwal, the experience brought learning into a demanding setting: explaining a healthcare problem, demonstrating a proposed solution, and receiving feedback from an experienced jury.

Meet the students behind the presentation

The four participating students represented the AI Agent Xcelerator Program, 2026 Winter Batch at SIN School of AI:

  • Vanshika Verma

  • Kanika Gehlot

  • Priyanshu

  • Shefali Agarwal

The team was mentored by Er Harshvardhan Purohit, with motivation and encouragement from Grandmaster School of AI. Their participation put the focus on applying AI learning to a concrete problem and communicating the resulting product idea clearly.

Industra Medicose: less documentation, more care

The team presented Industra Medicose as a next-generation healthcare and medication-workflow concept. Its central idea is practical: help patients explain their concerns and organize their existing records before a doctor begins the consultation.

The presentation identifies a familiar problem—patients arrive with old prescriptions, scattered reports, and details that can be difficult to recall. The proposed platform brings that information into a concise brief, giving the doctor a clearer starting point.

AI assists. The doctor decides.

The deployed project identifies itself as a prototype using synthetic data and connects its work to AAYU’s T01 challenge, “The Two-Minute Doctor.” Its public pages describe a clinical copilot approach; they do not establish real-world clinical performance. Explore the project website.

How the proposed patient journey works

  1. Create a profile. Register and add relevant health history.

  2. Describe the concern. Use voice or text to explain symptoms, with the presentation emphasizing Hinglish and regional-language intake alongside an English or Hindi interface.

  3. Bring records together. Prepare a concise summary of previous reports for the doctor to review.

  4. Explore specialist suggestions. Review five suggested specialists and plan a consultation.

  5. Consult and follow up. The proposed journey includes online or in-person consultations, doctor-written prescriptions, and follow-up scheduling.

These steps describe the project’s presented workflow. Booking, payments, reminders, language coverage, and clinical integrations require appropriate testing before being treated as dependable services.

A step toward a queue-less healthcare experience

The team’s vision of queue-less care is about reducing avoidable friction: preparing information earlier, planning appointments, and offering more flexible consultation pathways. Advance booking and remote visits could help reduce unnecessary waiting in suitable settings.

Eliminating queues is an ambition, not a demonstrated result. The presentation itself describes the benefits as intended outcomes requiring validation. The same distinction applies to medication workflows: the platform is designed to support the doctor’s work, while medical decisions and prescriptions remain with the clinician.

Where AI agents fit into the idea

The deck divides supporting work among intake, report-summary, doctor-matching, prescription-and-scheduling, and reminder agents, with a master panel for patient and doctor profiles. This makes Industra Medicose a useful example of an agentic workflow: several focused tasks contributing to one connected care journey.

AAYU 2026: building in the company of experienced leaders

AAYU 2026 brought healthcare and technology participants together at Dr. S.N. Medical College, Jodhpur. The event website identifies the Multidisciplinary Research Unit as the organizer, with the event presented by AtiSunya and powered by DevAarambh. Visit the official AAYU website.

For the SIN School of AI team, it was an honor to build and present in the presence of esteemed leaders, including:

  • Shri Gajendra Singh Shekhawat ji — Hon’ble Union Minister of Culture & Tourism.

  • Prof. Avinash Kumar Agarwal — Director, IIT Jodhpur.

  • Prof. (Dr.) Pankaj Bhardwaj — Director, NIHR, ICMR Jodhpur, as listed by the event organizer.

Expert mentorship and thoughtful evaluation

The team extends its sincere thanks to the experienced jury and honorable judges. Their insightful feedback and technical evaluations added value to the learning journey, providing an opportunity to examine the idea beyond its presentation and consider how it could be improved.

Hospitality that supported the work

The students also appreciated the hosting team’s organization—from technical support to the meals and refreshments that kept participants energized throughout the hackathon. These details helped create an environment in which teams could stay focused on building, learning, and presenting.

From AI learning to a product conversation

For the AI Agent Xcelerator Program, 2026 Winter Batch students, AAYU offered a practical setting to connect technical ideas with human needs. Industra Medicose gave the team a specific question to work through: how can AI help a doctor start a consultation with better-organized context?

That question now points toward the next stage—refining the prototype, testing its workflows, and evaluating its usefulness with appropriate clinical oversight. SIN School of AI recognizes Vanshika Verma, Kanika Gehlot, Priyanshu, and Shefali Agarwal for taking their learning into this public demonstration and feedback experience.
