Refund and cancellation

HARSHVARDHAN PUROHIT is committed to assisting its customers and has a liberal cancellation policy. The following guidelines apply:

  • Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made immediately after placing the order. However, cancellation requests may not be entertained if orders have been communicated to vendors/merchants, and they have initiated the shipping process.

  • HARSHVARDHAN PUROHIT does not accept cancellation requests for perishable items such as flowers, eatables, etc. However, a refund/replacement can be arranged if the customer establishes that the quality of the delivered product is unsatisfactory.

  • If you receive damaged or defective items, please report it to our Customer Service team. The request will be entertained after the merchant has verified and confirmed the issue. Report such incidents within the same day of product receipt. If the received product does not match the site description or your expectations, notify our customer service within the same day of receiving the product. The Customer Service Team will investigate your complaint and make an appropriate decision.

  • For products with a manufacturer's warranty, direct complaints to the respective manufacturers.

  • If HARSHVARDHAN PUROHIT approves any refunds, it will take 1-2 days for the refund to be processed to the end customer.
