SIN School of AI, an initiative of SIN Education and Technology Private Limited, officially announces SIN Exploration 2026 — a focused national outreach programme designed to help students move from simply using artificial intelligence to understanding, creating and applying it responsibly.

Selection is intentionally limited: 50 schools and 50 colleges across India will be selected. Institutions can register their interest now; registration does not guarantee selection.

Why AI Readiness Matters Now

AI literacy is no longer an optional extra for institutions that want students to understand the technology shaping higher education, employment, research and entrepreneurship. The right response is not hype or tool-only training. Students need computational thinking, safe use, human judgement, verification and practical creation.

The Government of India’s Press Information Bureau release explains how computational thinking and artificial intelligence are being integrated into the school ecosystem through NEP 2020 and the National Curriculum Framework for School Education 2023.

CBSE provides Computational Thinking and AI resources for Classes III–VIII. Its Skill Education page also lists CT and AI modules for Classes IX–X and notes the planned compulsory rollout from the 2027–28 session.

Important clarification: SIN Exploration 2026 is an independently organised SIN School of AI programme. These official sources provide national policy and curriculum context; they do not constitute government approval, affiliation or endorsement of this programme.

Responsible artificial intelligence learning with safety, verification and human judgement

School Edition: 50 Schools

The School Edition is a 1.5-hour, on-campus exploration session for students and educators. It introduces AI in clear language and connects curiosity with responsible practice.

Students explore: what AI can and cannot do; prompt design; verification and bias; creative AI workflows; computational thinking; cyber safety; future skills; and practical ways to turn ideas into responsible AI-supported projects.

For school leaders, the session offers a structured entry point for AI awareness without pretending that one workshop replaces curriculum, teacher development or a long-term digital strategy.

College Edition: 50 Colleges

The College Edition is a 1.5-hour session available in two modes: live online or offline on campus. It is designed for students, faculty, innovation cells, entrepreneurship cells and academic departments.

Participants explore the shift from generative AI to agentic AI, including practical prompting, task planning, tool use, automation, startup problem discovery, prototyping, responsible deployment and career pathways linked to AI-enabled work.

The outcome is orientation, not a job guarantee. Students leave with a clearer map of the skills, projects and evidence they must build to compete for AI-related internships, roles, research opportunities and entrepreneurial pathways.
