Er. Harshvardhan Purohit — Founder & CEO
Er. Harshvardhan Purohit is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of SIN Education and Technology Pvt. Ltd. He holds a BTech in Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning and graduated with a Gold Medal, ranking first across all engineering colleges in Rajasthan. He is a recognized PM Shri National AI Expert and is currently pursuing an MBA at Mody University with a CGPA of 9.42.
Purohit oversees the company's technology vision, product strategy, and public partnerships. He is the architect behind Xcellence Board's core infrastructure — including the SINERGY Points engine, the Xcellence Passport system, and the AI-driven Career DNA framework.
Mohit Mehta — Manager, Xcellence Board
Mohit Mehta serves as the Manager of Xcellence Board. He leads the brand strategy, marketing operations, and business development activities for the platform. Mehta is responsible for managing relationships with partner institutions and driving the adoption of Xcellence Board across educational campuses in Rajasthan.
His operational leadership has been central to onboarding SIN Technologies' growing network of 13+ partner institutions, including LIPS and LMCE in Jodhpur.
